In our opinion - good price for this nice apartment. Very convenient being only 27 mins drive from the airport...

It was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience: pretty nice location & amicable staff. The pool looked clean. I loved central area. Besides, it was near a supermarket and stores.

We wanted to explore sm city davao and this place was a good choice for this. 15 mins on foot and you're at Samantha Beach Resort. There was private parking included. We greatly enjoyed to be here and would definitely go back;)))
